I was asked to review Chocolate Almond Collagen Shake. I will be more than happy to once I try it. I just finished my first Cleanse & Reset. So easy and I wasn’t hungry ever. In fact it was hard for me to drink everything in the box but I managed. I lost an amazing amount of weight knowing a lot of it was bloat and I hope some fat. Then I was stuck. I should have read one of the books before I started. I have been having bone broth and different packets from my second Cleanse & Reset. I have never had to diet before as I followed my nutritionist and being an athlete when I was younger food was fuel. This week 5 1/2 pounds are back on. I have called customer service 2x’s for help and they are very kind but got no real information that I needed. I guess I just need to stop everything and read The 21 day Bone Broth Diet. I have always been 110 pounds of lean muscle from exercising and eating properly everyday. I can check everything on your list. Weight gain( I am at my all time fattest at 160lbs.) brain fog, the most depressed I have ever been etc. never dieting before I am having a very difficult time. I will keep you up to date on my journey. Thank You.
I started my cleanse yesterday. I am happy that I lost so much water weight the first day. This morning is the first time I have woke up in a long time with a skinny ankle. My left ankle has been swelling a lot lately. But I did have a difficult time tolerating the lemon drink & the chicken lemon soup. I have menieres disease in my left ear. This morning I have a really bad headache & my ear is very full. I think I may be sensitive to some ingredients or allergic. I know I am allergic to milk, yeast,chocolate, coffee . I am so disappointed because I can tell I have lost a few pounds already just in one day. I realize this is dairy free. Any suggestions?
