Chocolate Dipped Banana Pops
When the weather heats up, I love having simple, nourishing treats ready to go in my freezer. These Chocolate Dipped Banana Pops are one of my favorite healthy summer indulgences because they satisfy a sweet tooth while providing ingredients that support your body.
Bananas are a wonderful source of potassium, an important mineral that helps support hydration, muscle function, and healthy energy levels. Dark chocolate contains beneficial antioxidants that help combat oxidative stress, while almond butter provides healthy fats that help keep you feeling satisfied longer. And by adding my Chocolate Bone Broth Protein Powder, you're getting protein and collagen-building amino acids that help support healthy skin, hair, joints, and gut health.
As a naturopathic doctor, I'm always looking for ways to turn everyday treats into opportunities to nourish the body. That's exactly what this recipe does. Instead of reaching for ultra-processed frozen desserts loaded with added sugars and artificial ingredients, you can enjoy a delicious frozen snack made with real, wholesome foods.
The best part? They're incredibly easy to make and perfect for keeping stocked in your freezer all summer long.

Recipe Tip
Want to take these to the next level? Sprinkle with crushed nuts, shredded coconut, or cacao nibs before freezing for added crunch and extra nutrients.
