Chocolate Dipped Banana Pops

    When the weather heats up, I love having simple, nourishing treats ready to go in my freezer. These Chocolate Dipped Banana Pops are one of my favorite healthy summer indulgences because they satisfy a sweet tooth while providing ingredients that support your body.

    Bananas are a wonderful source of potassium, an important mineral that helps support hydration, muscle function, and healthy energy levels. Dark chocolate contains beneficial antioxidants that help combat oxidative stress, while almond butter provides healthy fats that help keep you feeling satisfied longer. Instead of reaching for ultra-processed frozen desserts loaded with added sugars and artificial ingredients, you can enjoy a delicious frozen snack made with real, wholesome foods.

    Ingredients

    Directions

    1. In a mason jar or mixing bowl, combine the melted almond butter and 2 tablespoons coconut oil. Whisk until smooth and set aside.
    2. In a separate bowl, combine the melted dark chocolate, Dr. Kellyann Chocolate Bone Broth Protein Powder, and remaining 2 tablespoons coconut oil. Whisk until smooth.
    3. Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
    4. Insert a popsicle stick into the bottom of each banana piece, being careful not to push through the top.
    5. Dip each banana into the almond butter mixture, then coat with the chocolate mixture.
    6. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
    7. Freeze for at least 3 hours, or overnight, until firm.
    8. Remove from the freezer and enjoy immediately.
