Can these be taken on 21 bone broth diet plan?
On the strictest version of the plan, no sugar is allowed and there are 2 grams of sugar in the DKA gummy, so if you are hard-core committed to the strict version, no. But it can definitely be incorporated into the maintenance (80/20) version of the diet. 2 grams is not a lot, so if you choose to use the gummies during the strictest part of the diet, it won&#x27;t sabotage you results.
What is your bone broth diet? I have purchased the bone broth in individual packets but I don’t have a plan.
