Watermelon & Mint Detox Water

    When the heat turns up, staying hydrated isn’t just a summer luxury — it’s a must for feeling energized, light, and vibrant. This refreshing watermelon and aloe drink is your new secret weapon for ultimate hydration and natural debloating support. Watermelon is packed with water and antioxidants, aloe water deeply hydrates and supports digestive health, and mint gives your belly that extra soothing boost. With a splash of my Lemon Sips, this recipe becomes a delicious, gut-friendly way to glow from the inside out — one sip at a time.

    Serves: 4-6 Total Time: 2-3 hours (including steep time) (10 minute prep time)

    Ingredients:

    2 cups watermelon, cubed

    ¼ cup fresh mint leaves

    1 serving Dr. Kellyann Lemon Sips

    8 cups cold aloe water or plain water

    Directions:

    Blend ¼ cup of the cubed watermelon with 1 cup of the aloe water. Pour the mixture into a large pitcher, then add the mint leaves, Lemon Sips, and the remaining cubed watermelon along with the rest of the aloe water. Stir well, and let steep for 2–3 hours, or refrigerate overnight for the best flavor.

    Serve as is once steeped, or enjoy over ice if desired!
