What Is Bone Broth Protein?

Most protein powder is made from eggs, whey, or legumes — but what if you could add the ancient nutrition of Dr. Kellyann’s organic bone broth to all of your favorite recipes? With Dr. Kellyann’s keto and paleo-friendly, grass-fed bone broth protein powder, you can.

Bone broth protein powder contains all of the proteins, vitamins, minerals, and amino acids of bone broth. That means you’ll get all of the collagen, all of the glycine, and all of the protein.

This superfood is made by dehydrating beef bone broth into a concentrated powder. Dr. Kellyann’s pure beef protein is derived using her proprietary hydrolyzing process, making it easy for our bodies to digest. Easier digestion can support nutrient absorption, meaning that you can get more protein from your shake.

What Are the Health Benefits of Bone Broth Protein?

Dr. Kellyann’s Chocolate Bone Broth Protein Powder is generally easily digestible and full of nutrients that can support joint, skin, bone, and gut health. These nutrients can also support the immune system and may help support restful sleep.

There are 21 grams of grass-fed protein in one serving size of Dr. Kellyann’s chocolate protein powder, helping to keep you feeling full in between meals. The protein does the hard work for you by fueling your body for longer, helping to reduce cravings and support weight loss.

Our protein formula is low in calories, contains zero artificial ingredients, and is free of dairy, soy, and gluten. Plus, it’s free from binding ingredients like xanthan gum and guar gum. The result? A delicious protein powder that only contains one percent of your daily value of carbohydrates.

Dr. Kellyann’s bone broth protein powder contains hyaluronic acid,  amino acids, like glucosamine and glycine, and chondroitin. Glucosamine and chondroitin work to support gut health and encourage smooth digestion. Meanwhile, hyaluronic acid can help support your joint health and digestive system.

Amino acids are said to be the “building blocks” of proteins in our bodies, so it’s important that we eat foods rich in these acids to support our bodies’ natural protein production. Amino acids glutamine and glucosamine can help break down fats in our digestive system, as well as support the gut microbiome and immune system function.

Additionally, collagen proteins can help support skin elasticity for younger and brighter-looking skin. Our bodies produce collagen proteins naturally, but as we age, that process begins to decline. When that happens, you may start to notice fine lines, wrinkles, and sagging skin.

Dr. Kellyann recommends eating foods or taking a supplement that contains 15 to 30 grams of collagen protein every day. By adding collagen to your diet, you may be able to brighten the tone and smoothen the texture of your skin.

How Can You Use Bone Broth Protein Powder?

Dr. Kellyann’s chocolate protein powder pairs perfectly with almond or coconut milk and can be used to make smoothies, desserts, and other chocolate-flavored beverages. For instance, simply mix together some unflavored, unsweetened almond milk, Dr. Kellyann’s Chocolate Bone Broth Protein, a frozen banana, and some almond butter for a nourishing, gut-friendly shake with a great taste.

Our formula uses cocoa powder for a natural chocolate flavor and is sweetened with antioxidant-rich monk fruit extract rather than stevia. Each serving only has two net carbs, which can help you cut down on total carbohydrates.

Check out this dietary supplement if you are struggling to lose weight or want to support your digestion and skin health. You can use this chocolate protein powder in combination with many of Dr. Kellyann’s weight loss programs, including the bone broth diet.

Manufactured in a facility that processes milk, soy, egg, wheat, peanuts, and tree nuts.

What Are the Benefits of Protein Powder?

Protein helps support muscle strength and build muscle mass.

Getting enough protein to meet our recommended daily values may be difficult, especially if your goal is to build muscle. Supplementing with protein powders can help add more protein to your diet and may also help you feel fuller for longer, which may help you lose weight.

With its high nutrition profile of essential amino acids, vitamins, and minerals, not to mention compounds like hyaluronic acid, glutamine, glycine, chondroitin, and glucosamine, bone broth protein powder has some great health benefits.

These compounds may help support the metabolism, encourage steady energy levels, support muscle tissue, support growth hormone production, and support your immune system function.

The collagen protein and gelatin found in bone broth can help support the GI tract and may help support your gut microbiome. Optimal gut health may even influence your moods — so don’t underestimate the benefits of this powerful protein.

This superfood may also support your body’s natural collagen production. This can, in turn, support bone mineral density and dental health, as well as younger-looking skin, hair, and nails.

Is Bone Broth Protein Powder as Good as Bone Broth?

Or, you can bring it with you to the gym and add it to your favorite post-workout protein shake. The options are endless!
