- 1 packet Dr. Kellyann's Vanilla Almond Collagen Shake
- 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 1 handful of frozen berries
- ⅓ cup full fat coconut milk
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon, ground flaxseed, optional
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds, optional
- Ice, optional
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Optionally blend in a handful of ice cubes.
