Collagen protein, unsweetened almond or coconut milk, and a healthy fat like canned coconut milk is all you need to turn those sugar-bombs you've been avoiding into a treat that actually has health benefits.
For each creamsicle use:
1 packet of Collagen Cooler in Orange Cream
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
1/3 cup full fat coconut milk
Directions: Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into your favorite popsicle molds.
For each fudgesicle use:
1 packet of Collagen Shake in Chocolate Almond
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
1/3 cup full fat coconut milk
