All About Bone Broth on The Good Dish

     The Perfect Winter Bone Broth Recipe

     

    Buffalo Chicken Soup:

    Prep: 10 min • Cook Time: 20 min • Yield: 4 servings
    Ingredients:
    ● 4 cups of Dr. Kellyann's Chicken Bone Broth
    ● 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
    ● 4 oz cream cheese
    ● 3 tbsp ghee
    ● 1/3 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
    ● ½ cup full-fat coconut milk, canned
    ● Salt and pepper to taste
    ● ¼ cup celery, chopped (optional)
    ● cilantro for garnish

    Directions:

    Combine the cream cheese, ghee, hot sauce, chicken broth, and coconut milk in a blender and puree until smooth. Transfer to a small saucepan and cook until hot, not boiling. Just before serving add the shredded chicken, celery and blue cheese if using. Taste and season with salt and pepper as desired. Garnish with cilantro.
