Bone Broth is a natural, effective, healthy option to replenish and repair your body and mind from the inside. I talked with the crew at Good Dish TV and explained these benefits in full as well as shared my favorite homemade Bone Broth recipe and Buffalo Chicken Soup Recipe. All About Bone Broth      The Perfect Winter Bone Broth Recipe   Buffalo Chicken Soup: Prep: 10 min • Cook Time: 20 min • Yield: 4 servingsIngredients:● 4 cups of Dr. Kellyann's Chicken Bone Broth● 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded● 4 oz cream cheese● 3 tbsp ghee● 1/3 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce● ½ cup full-fat coconut milk, canned● Salt and pepper to taste● ¼ cup celery, chopped (optional)● cilantro for garnish Directions: Combine the cream cheese, ghee, hot sauce, chicken broth, and coconut milk in a blender and puree until smooth. Transfer to a small saucepan and cook until hot, not boiling. Just before serving add the shredded chicken, celery and blue cheese if using. Taste and season with salt and pepper as desired. Garnish with cilantro. Note: If you are on one of Dr. Kellyann's plans, please skip the cream cheese and bleu cheese.
