    During this segment, I joined Rosanna Scotto and Curt Menefee on Good Day New York, to break down some of the latest TikTok health and nutrition trends. With so much information (and misinformation!) circulating, it’s essential to understand what really works and what could be harmful. We explored viral trends that claim to boost energy, improve digestion, and improve the look of your skin.

    I had the chance to test these trends, sharing insights on how to “Trash It,” “Try It,” or “Twist It” for healthier results. Knowing what’s rooted in real benefits and what’s just hype can help us make choices that support lasting health.
