Luteal Phase Chocolate Pudding

    Serves: 2 Total Time: 10 minutes (10 minute prep time, Overnight optional chill time)

    Ingredients:

    Pudding:

    1 ripe avocado

    1 scoop Chocolate Bone Broth Protein Powder

    2 tbsp raw sunflower seeds

    2 tbsp raw sesame seeds

    ¼ cup ground flaxseed

    2 medjool dates, pitted

    ½ tsp Ceylon cinnamon

    1 tsp pure vanilla extract

    1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

    Toppings:

    Coconut yogurt, unsweetened

    Raw sunflower seeds

    Raw sesame seeds

    Raw Cacao nibs

    Directions:

    In a food processor or sturdy blender, blend together all of the ingredients for the pudding until smooth and creamy.

    Can opt to serve straight after blending, or if looking for a firmer consistency, place to refrigerate and chill overnight. 

    Serve pudding to enjoy on its own, or top off with your favorite toppings or those above!

    To store, place pudding to refrigerate in an airtight glass container.
