Ingredients:
Pudding:
1 ripe avocado
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
2 tbsp raw sunflower seeds
2 tbsp raw sesame seeds
¼ cup ground flaxseed
2 medjool dates, pitted
½ tsp Ceylon cinnamon
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
Toppings:
Coconut yogurt, unsweetened
Raw sunflower seeds
Raw sesame seeds
Raw Cacao nibs
Directions:
In a food processor or sturdy blender, blend together all of the ingredients for the pudding until smooth and creamy.
Can opt to serve straight after blending, or if looking for a firmer consistency, place to refrigerate and chill overnight.
