Collagen Mango Gummies

    Yields: 15 gummies Total Time: Overnight preparation (15 minute prep time, Overnight rest time)

    Ingredients

    1 cup fresh mango

    1 packet Dr. Kellyann’s Mango Collagen Cooler

    Juice of ½ lemon

    2 tbsp raw honey

    2 envelopes unflavored grass-fed gelatin

    Method

    In a food processor or sturdy blender, blend all the ingredients together excluding the grass-fed gelatin until smooth and even. 

    Once smooth, heat in a small saucepan over low heat until lightly simmering. Remove from heat once at a simmer, and whisk in the grass-fed gelatin until fully dissolved. After blending, use a dropper to fill the gummy molds with the liquid mixture. Carefully transfer the molds to the refrigerator or freezer and let them set for about 30 minutes, or until firm.

    Once set, pop the gummies out of the mold and let them rest overnight to allow the flavors to deepen and intensify before enjoying. To store, refrigerate in an airtight container.
