Ingredients:
2 cups medjool dates, pitted (about 24 medium)
½ cup coconut flour
1 scoop Dr. Kellyann’s Vanilla Bone Broth Protein
1 cup raw coconut chips
¼ cup hemp hearts
½ tsp Ceylon cinnamon
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
3 tbsp ceremonial grade matcha
Directions:
In a food processor or sturdy blender, blend all the ingredients together until you achieve a smooth, dough-like consistency. If necessary, add water to help process everything evenly. For a chunkier texture, fold in the coconut chips and hemp hearts after blending the other ingredients.
Roll dough into 21 balls, each using approximately 1½ tbsp of the dough.
Dust each bite in matcha and enjoy!
