    Ingredients:
    1 C ginger sliced
    2 C water
    ½ Lemon, peel
    ½ C honey
    4 scoops Dr. Kellyann Lemon Ice Lemon Sips
    Club Soda or flavored sparkling water of choice

    Garnish:
    Cinnamon sticks
    Lemon slices
    Star anise
    Rosemary sprig

    Directions:

    Add ginger, water, honey, and lemon to a pot, and simmer on low for 25- 30 minutes.
    Strain into a bowl, add Dr. Kellyann Lemon Ice Lemon Sips. Stir until mixed. Line ice cube molds with lemon slices, cranberries, cinnamon, and star anise. Add mix to cubes and
    freeze for 6-8 hours until firm and completely frozen, or overnight.

    To prepare, remove the cube and add it to your glass and top with sparkling water.
