Beauty Sleep Mocktail

This Beauty Sleep Mocktail is your new nightly ritual for winding down while supporting glowing skin from the inside out. Thoughtfully layered with calming botanicals, minerals, and collagen, it’s designed to help your body relax, recover, and restore overnight. Chamomile tea sets the soothing foundation, while tart cherry juice naturally supports melatonin production for better sleep quality. Magnesium helps relax muscles and calm the nervous system, and collagen-infused ice cubes made with my Lemon Sips deliver beauty-boosting amino acids that support skin elasticity and hydration. Finished with sparkling water for a refreshing fizz, this mocktail feels indulgent — yet works behind the scenes to support deeper sleep and brighter mornings. Ingredients: 8 oz. Chamomile tea 1 scoop Dr. Kellyann;s Lemon Sips - Lemon Ice or Strawberry Lemonade ½ C. Tart cherry juice 2 tsp. Magnesium powder  Sparkling water  Directions: Blend 1 scoop of Dr. Kellyann's Lemon Sips in chamomile tea. Once dissolved, pour the tea mixture into ice molds (we used heart-shaped molds).  Freeze overnight or until it is frozen. Remove cubes from freezer.  Pour cherry juice into a glass and blend magnesium.

Serves: 4  Total Time: 30 minutes (10 minute prep time, 20 minute cook time) Ingredients: Golden Harvest Punch: 4 cups apple cider 2 scoops Dr. Kellyann’s Lemon Sips ½ tsp ground turmeric 1” fresh ginger knob, sliced 1 tbsp raw honey 1 naval orange, thinly sliced with peel 1 fuji apple, thinly sliced with peel 4 Ceylon cinnamon sticks 5 star anise Directions; Warm the apple cider gently in a saucepan on low heat until warm, but not boiling. Add in all of the ingredients and let steep covered for 20 minutes to let all of the flavors be deeply infused. Taste at the 20 minute mark, and opt to steep punch for longer if looking for an even further depth of flavors.   Remove from stovetop heat once satisfied with the flavors, strain punch, and serve in a punch bowl or in mugs as desired to warm up this fall season!

Serves: 2 Total Time: 10 minutes (10 minute prep time) Ingredients: Salted Caramel Pumpkin Spice Latte:  ¼ cup pure pumpkin puree 1 scoop Dr. Kellyann’s Salted Caramel Bone Broth Protein  2 cups unsweetened almond milk ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice 1 cup strongly brewed coffee To Serve: Coconut whipped cream Extra pumpkin spice Directions: In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm the almond milk and pumpkin puree until steamy but not boiling. Whisk in Dr. Kellyann’s Salted Caramel Bone Broth Protein powder and pumpkin spice until fully dissolved and smooth. Divide the coffee amongst two mugs, and pour the whisked pumpkin mix evenly over each. Finish off each mug to serve with a dollop of whipped coconut cream, and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice.

Lemon Sip Slushy Ingredients: 1 scoop Dr. Kellyann's Lemon Sips Lemon Ice 1 scoop Dr. Kellyann's Complete Collagen Protein Water Ice Directions: Mix 1 scoop of Lemon Sips and 1 scoop of Complete Collagen Protein with 8-10 ounces of water. Stir until combined. Add a big handful of ice cubes and blend until you get a slushy-like consistency.  Optionally squeeze a fresh lime or lemon over the slushy and enjoy! Note: For a fruity flavor, follow the same steps but add in a handful of frozen strawberries when blending.    Lemon Sip Popsicles   Ingredients: 2 scoops Dr. Kellyann's Lemon Sips Strawberry Lemon Water Strawberries, sliced Lemon, sliced Mint, optional Popsicle mold Directions: Mix 2 scoop of lemon sips with 24 ounces of water. Stir until combined.  Fill popsicle mold with Lemon Sip mixture and add in slices of strawberries and lemon. Optionally add fresh mint leaves into popsicle mold.  Place the popsicles in the freezer for about 3-4 hours or until fully frozen. To make it easier to remove them you can dip the bottom of the mold in lukewarm water for about 10-20 seconds.     Lemon Sip Ice Tea Cubes Ingredients: 1 scoop Dr. Kellyann's Lemon Sips Iced Tea 16 ounces water Directions: Mix 1 scoop of Lemon Sips into a glass of water and pour into an ice cube tray. Freeze until solid. Use Lemon Sip ice cubes in a glass of tea. Optionally garnish your ice tea with fresh lemon slices and mint.

My “Polyphenol Twist” Lemon Sips Sangria Mocktail combines unexpected yet flavorful ingredients, rich in polyphenols from fruits and spices, for a holiday treat that nourishes and delights. Topped off with my Lemon Sips, it’s the perfect way to stay hydrated and energized while impressing all of your guests! Prep time: 10 min • Yield: 4-6 serving Ingredients: 1 large grapefruit, sliced 1 cup wild blueberries 1 cup fresh blackberries 3 Ceylon cinnamon sticks 2 star anise 4 whole cloves 1 serving Dr. Kellyann’s Lemon Sips 1 cup pure tart cherry juice (not from concentrate) 1 bottle (25 fl. oz) sparkling water Directions: Prep the fruit by slicing the large blood orange into rounds and rinsing the fresh wild blueberries and blackberries. In a large pitcher, combine the sliced grapefruit, blueberries, blackberries, Ceylon cinnamon sticks, star anise, and whole cloves.  Add in 1 serving of Lemon Sips, followed by the pure tart cherry juice and sparkling water, and stir to fully combine. Refrigerate the pitcher to steep for 1-2 hours, or let sit overnight for even richer flavor. Serve over ice if desired, and garnish with mint leaves and additional blueberries if desired!
