My “Polyphenol Twist” Lemon Sips Sangria Mocktail combines unexpected yet flavorful ingredients, rich in polyphenols from fruits and spices, for a holiday treat that nourishes and delights. Topped off with my Lemon Sips, it’s the perfect way to stay hydrated and energized while impressing all of your guests!
Prep time: 10 min • Yield: 4-6 serving
Ingredients:
1 large grapefruit, sliced
1 cup wild blueberries
1 cup fresh blackberries
3 Ceylon cinnamon sticks
2 star anise
4 whole cloves
1 serving Dr. Kellyann’s Lemon Sips
1 cup pure tart cherry juice (not from concentrate)
1 bottle (25 fl. oz) sparkling water
Directions:
Prep the fruit by slicing the large blood orange into rounds and rinsing the fresh wild blueberries and blackberries.
In a large pitcher, combine the sliced grapefruit, blueberries, blackberries, Ceylon cinnamon sticks, star anise, and whole cloves.
Add in 1 serving of Lemon Sips, followed by the pure tart cherry juice and sparkling water, and stir to fully combine. Refrigerate the pitcher to steep for 1-2 hours, or let sit overnight for even richer flavor.
Serve over ice if desired, and garnish with mint leaves and additional blueberries if desired!

Ingredients:
¾ cup frozen cauliflower florets
½ cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
1 scoop Dr. Kellyann Bone Broth Protein Powder-Vanilla
1 tbsp raw macadamia butter
1 tbsp maca powder
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
½” ginger knob, peeled
1 cup macadamia nut milk or any nut milk
3-4 ice cubes
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a glass, and enjoy whenever you are craving something sweet!

Nothing says fall like Pumpkin Spice Latte! Not only is this recipe delicious, it's filled with beautifying collagen and protein to support your skin, gut, and goals.
Ingredients:
8 oz. brewed coffee
2 tbsp organic canned packed pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
1 scoop of Collagen Peptides
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
A dash of ground nutmeg
2 oz. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Directions:
Whisk the Collagen Peptides into the hot, brewed coffee until it dissolves.
Add all other ingredients and whisk again until it's very smooth.

It wouldn’t be summer without lemonade… or wine! This fun recipe features my Lemon Sips and your favorite white wine, for the best of both worlds.
Ingredients
2 scoops Lemon Sips
4 cups filtered water
1 750ml bottle of your favorite dry white wine
1 cup rum
1 orange cut into slices
1 Granny Smith apple cut into chunks
Directions
Dissolve the Lemon Sips into the water.
Pour Lemon Sips mixture, white wine, and rum into a large pitcher.
Add orange slices and apple chunks and stir. Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least one hour to let flavors develop. Serve over ice.

Ingredients
Celtic or pink Himalayan salt (optional)
Grapefruit, lemon, or lime wedge (optional)
Ice
11/2 ounces tequila
1/4 cup fresh grapefruit juice
1 slice jalapeño
Lemon, lime, or grapefruit
sparkling water or seltzer
Lemon or lime wedge, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
If desired, spread a good amount of salt evenly on a small plate. Rub the grapefruit, lemon, or lime wedge around the rim of a martini glass and dip the rim in the salt to coat the edge of the glass. Set aside.
Fill a cocktail shaker half full with ice. Add the tequila, grapefruit juice, and jalapeño slice.
Cover, shake, and strain into the prepared martini glass. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with a lemon or lime wedge, if desired.

Ingredients
1 small apple
¼ tsp. Ground cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
2 tablespoons water
1 scoop Dr. Kellyann’s Vanilla Bone Broth Protein Powder (or approved protein powder)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
⅓ cup full-fat coconut milk
1 tsp. Pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds (optional)
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
Slice the apple, remove the seeds, and place in a microwave-safe bowl. Sprinkle it with cinnamon and nutmeg. Add water and microwave for about 3 minutes on high.
In blender, combine the apple mixture, protein powder, almond milk, coconut milk and vanilla. If desired add flaxseeds, chia seeds, and ice. Blend until smooth and creamy. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon or nutmeg.

Ingredients:
1 cup Bone Broth
1 cup ripe honeydew melon, chilled and roughly chopped
1/2 English cucumber, peeled, seeded, and roughly chopped, plus 2 vertical slices for garnish
1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
3 tbs fresh cilantro leaves, more for garnish
1/4-1/2 tsp jalapeno hot sauce or 2 pinches cayenne
Ice cubes
Directions:
Pour one packet of Dr. Kellyann's Homestyle Bone Broth into 8oz of water and stir until dissolved. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until pureed.
Garnish as desired.

Looking for an after-dinner sip that won't keep you awake? Look no futher than this tasty dessert daiquiri — no alcohol required! Bananas contain melatonin, tryptophan, vitamin B6, and magnesium, which all help to produce serotonin and help you sleep. It's a win-win.
Ingredients
1 cup water, coconut milk (not canned) or almond milk, unsweetened and carrageenan-free
1/2 medium banana, optionally frozen for a creamier shake
1 tablespoon walnut oil or 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
Ice, add to blender or pour shake over ice, optional
Rim crushed pistachios or cocoa nibs (optional)
Instructions
Combine water, milk, banana and walnuts in a blender until smooth.
Add ice cubes and blend on the highest setting until slushy, 15 to 20 seconds. Pour into a glass and serve.
Rim drink with crushed pistachios or cocoa nibs, if desired.

My homemade pink drink has just the right amount of sweetness, thanks to fresh, sliced strawberries and coconut milk. The hibiscus tea makes it just as refreshing as the original. The main difference? My version packs an extra punch of collagen protein.
Prep Time: 5 min | Servings: 2
Ingredients:
1 packet Vanilla Almond Collagen Shake
3 satchels of Hibiscus Tea
1 cup hot boiling water
2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
Fresh sliced strawberries
Liquid Stevia to taste, optional.
Directions:
In a 2-cup glass measuring cup add unwrapped tea packets. Pour hot water over the packets and let sit until cool. Squeeze out tea packets and toss.
Mix 1 Packet Vanilla Almond Collagen Shake with coconut milk into the measuring cup with the tea. Stir to dissolve.
Fill two glasses, or one tall glass with ice and add about 1 cup of the tea mixture. Top off with the desired amount of coconut milk.
Add in sliced strawberries and liquid stevia, if desired.

Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened plain coconut milk kefir
½ frozen banana
1 packet Dr. Kellyann’s Collagen Coffee
1 packet Dr. Kellyann’s Collagen Shake in Chocolate Almond or 1 scoop Dr. Kellyann's Chocolate Bone Broth Protein
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup ice cubes
Directions:
In blender, puree all ingredients until smooth and frothy, about 1 minute.

Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1⁄4 cup full fat coconut milk
1 packet Dr. Kellyann’s Collagen Shake in Vanilla Almond or 1 scoop Vanilla Bone Broth Protein or 1 packet Dr. Kellyann's Super Vanilla Smoothie
1⁄3 cup fresh or frozen mango
1-½ teaspoons fresh grated ginger
½ cup ice
Directions:
In a blender, combine the water, canned coconut milk, mango, collagen powder, stevia (if using), and ice (if using). Blend well.

In a blender, combine the water, canned coconut milk, raspberries, collagen powder, stevia (if using), and ice (if using). Blend well. Garnish with a few raspberries, if desired.
Note:
If the smoothie is too thick, add more water to reach the desired consistency.

1, 16.9-ounce carton of Dr. Kellyann Bone Broth (available at Whole Foods), OR 2 cups liquid bone broth, OR 2 packets powdered bone broth + 16 ounces water
2 tablespoons grass-fed butter, ghee, coconut oil, or MCT oil
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Pinch sea salt
Pinch black pepper
Optional toppings
Ground turmeric (for dusting your latte with extra golden goodness!)
Fresh herbs
Squeeze of lemon
Instructions
Combine all ingredients (except for toppings) in a small pot over medium heat, stirring until combined. Use a handheld frother to whip broth mixture until smooth and frothy. Divide equally into 2 mugs and share with a friend.

5 grapes

Club Soda

Directions
Place all ingredients in cocktail shaker and muddle well

This sweet, aromatic coffee drink is perfect during the holiday season—or any other time of year. You’ll be amazed at how simple this coffeehouse-favorite is to make yourself, and how great you feel when you add collagen coffee.

Ingredients
For the sweet cinnamon syrup:
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup monk fruit ... or less, to taste
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
For the coffee:
2 packets Dr. Kellyann's Collagen Coffee OR or your favorite brew with 1-2 scoops of Collagen Protein
1 cup hot water
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Instructions
In a small sauce pan, bring the water, monk fruit, and cinnamon to a boil. Let boil for 2 minutes, until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and set aside.
In another saucepan, heat one cup of water and dissolve the Collagen Coffee, then pour in unsweetened almond milk. Place in a blender until frothy.
Divide into two mugs and add 1 tablespoon cinnamon syrup and finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
