Kombucha Moscow Mule

    This alcohol-free version of an iconic cocktail has all the sweet and sour flavor of a Moscow Mule... without the hangover. Enjoy the refreshing, fizzy taste of ginger beer, the microbiome-affirming funkiness of kombucha, and a hint of citrus tartness from lemon juice.

    Ingredients 

    • Crushed Ice
    •  ½ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
    •  4 ounces ginger-flavored kombucha
    • For garnish: slice of lime or apple with the skin

    Instructions

    Fill a glass with crushed ice. Pour the kombucha, add the lemon juice and garnish.
