Hi! It depends on what plan you are following. If doing the Bone Broth Diet, you are fasting 2 days per week. If doing the 10 day it is just the morning. You can also do your own program and use Fast Track Bone Broth during any fasting periods.

Our powdered bone broth is designed to be a convenient alternative to liquid bone broth that easily dissolves in water. The ideal way to create an easily dissolvable powdered bone broth is to hydrolyze the bone broth. Hydrolyzed bone broth contains all the protein, collagen, and flavor as liquid bone broth. The only thing missing is gelatin. Gelatin is simply cooked collagen. So we have the collagen but because the bone broth is hydrolyzed it does not gel.
