    Ingredients:

    2 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced

    ½ red onion, thinly sliced 

    1 medium carrot, peeled and shredded

    ¼ C Greek yogurt 

    2 3.75 oz cans of Wild Pink Salmon (or tuna)

    1 TBS Dr. Kellyann Sriracha Chicken Bone Broth powder

    1 lime, juice

    1 TBS coconut aminos

    1 TBS black sesame seeds

    ½ tsp sea salt

    1 avocado

    4 TBS green onion, chopped

    Garnish: cilantro (optional)

    Directions:

    Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and toss until everything is well combined. Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro and enjoy!
