Pina Colada Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop vanilla Bone Broth Protein or Vanilla Almond Collagen Shake To Go
  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • ⅓ cup full fat coconut milk
  • ¼ cup fresh, frozen, or canned unsweetened pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon, ground flax seed, optional
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds, optional
  • Ice, optional

Directions: Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Optionally blend in a handful of ice cubes.
