    Ingredients:

    • 1 scoop vanilla Bone Broth Protein
    • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
    • 1 small peach or ½ cup frozen peaches
    • ⅓ cup full fat coconut milk
    • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
    • 1 tablespoon, ground flax seed, optional
    • 1 tablespoon chia seeds, optional
    • Ice, optional

    Directions: Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Optionally blend in a handful of ice cubes.
