The Blue and Green Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet vanilla Collagen Shake
  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 handful blueberries, about ½ cup
  • 1 cup spinach, packed
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ to 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed, optional
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds, optional Ice

Directions: Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Optionally blend in a handful of ice cubes.
