Blueberry Mint Magnesium Lemonade

This Blueberry Mint Magnesium Lemonade is a refreshing way to support your evening wellness routine while helping you stay hydrated. Made with Dr. Kellyann Magnesium Relax and De-Stress Powder and Lemon Ice Lemon Sips, it combines calming magnesium with collagen, hydrating lemon, antioxidant-rich blueberries, and fresh mint for a delicious drink that's as beautiful as it is functional.

    Whether you're enjoying it on the patio after dinner or looking for a refreshing nighttime ritual, this sparkling lemonade is an easy way to elevate your evening. The homemade collagen ice cubes slowly melt into the drink, adding even more bright lemon flavor while helping support healthy-looking skin and your daily collagen intake.

    Serves: 1 Prep time: 10 minutes (or at least 3 hours if counting ice cubes) Cook time: 10 minutes

    Ingredients:

    1 lemon, juice

    4-6 mint leaves

    1/3 C blueberries

    6 oz club soda

    1/3 C blueberry juice

    1 C water

    1 scoop Dr. Kellyann Lemon Ice Lemon Sips

    1 scoop Dr. Kellyann Magnesium Relax and De-Stress Powder

    Garnish: lemon slices, extra blueberries, and mint leaves

    Directions:

    Add 1 scoop Dr. Kellyann Lemon Ice Lemon Sips to a cup of water and blend until dissolved. 

    Pour the mixture into silicone ice cube trays and freeze for at least 3 hours until frozen, or overnight. 

    In a measuring cup or glass, add 1 scoop of Dr. Kellyann Magnesium Relax and De-Stress Powder, along with blueberry juice, and mix well. 

    In a large glass, add lemon juice, fresh mint leaves, Dr. Kellyann Lemon Ice Lemon Sips ice cubes, blueberries, and fresh lemon slices. 

    Pour in blueberry juice and top with club soda. 

    Finish with fresh blueberries, mint leaves, and lemon slices, and sip and enjoy!
