Chilled Avocado Soup (Sopa de Aguacate)

    Serves: 4 Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 10 minutes

    Ingredients:

    2 avocados

    ½ cucumber

    1 lime, juice

    ½ TBS jalapeno, diced (optional) 

    ¼ C cilantro

    1/2 tsp sea salt

    1/4 tsp cumin

    1 5.4 oz can coconut cream

    2 C Dr. Kellyann Mexican Tortilla Bone Broth

    Optional garnish: coconut cream, jalapeño, sea salt

    Directions:


    In a food processor or high-powered blender, blend avocado, cucumber, lime, jalapeño, cilantro, seasonings, coconut cream, and Dr. Kellyann Mexican Tortilla Bone Broth until smooth and creamy. 

    Serve chilled, topped with coconut yogurt, jalapeno, sea salt, and cilantro.
