    Ingredients:

    2 C frozen mango

    2 C frozen pineapple

    ¼ C coconut milk 

    1 packet Dr. Kellyann Tropical Pina Colada Collagen Cooler

    ½ C frozen strawberries, thawed

    Garnish (optional): Coconut flakes, honey, strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, and banana 

    Directions:

    In a medium container, blend the thawed strawberries with an immersion blender until puréed. This can also be made in a blender. 

    In a high-powered blender, combine mango, pineapple, coconut milk, and Dr. Kellyann Tropical Pina Colada Collagen Cooler, and blend until smooth. 

    Scoop the smoothie mix into a bowl and top with pureed strawberry mixture and fix-ins of your choice. Here, we used banana, kiwi, blueberries, strawberries, coconut flakes, and a drizzle of honey.
