Do the pills, jar and/or packets, need to be refrigerated?

Bellabiotics has been specially formulated and tested to maintain potency for 8 months without refrigeration. Refrigeration will extend the life of your BellaBiotics by a few months. Ideally, you should store your BellaBiotics in a cool, dark place so if you have room in your refrigerator, store your jar and packets there!

How many do I take per day?

Dr. Kellyann recommends taking one pill per day and it can be taken with or without food.

Can I take more than one per day?

Definitely. There is no harm whatsoever and likely more benefits.

How long will it take to see results?

Our test group experienced better digestion in 2 to 4 weeks and skin improvements in 4 to 8 weeks.

If I take more than one per day will I see results quicker?

We have not tested taking more than one per day but your results would likely be better IF you are also being careful about hydration, eating a healthy diet, removing sugar and high-carb foods, limiting your alcohol intake, and exercising.

Do I take this with or without food?

If possible take your BellaBiotic with a meal that contains some healthy fat to help absorb the fat soluble vitamins. But you can take your BellaBiotic on an empty stomach.

What meal should I take this with?

You can take this with any meal of your choice.

Can I take this while on any Dr. Kellyann plan?

Yes! BellaBiotics was specially formulated by Dr. Kellyann so it fits perfectly on any of her plans.

Can I take BellaBiotics while fasting or on fasting days?

Yes, if you are on one of Dr. Kellyann’s plan you can take this on your fasting days or within your fasting window.

Will taking this break my fast?

Dr. Kellyann does not recommend water fasting or dry fasting so when fasting according to Dr. Kellyann’s advice taking Bellabiotics will not break your fast.

Can I take this with or while taking other prebiotics/probiotics?

Yes. However, if they are experiencing any digestive issues we'd recommend removing other probiotics to see if the combination is causing the issue.

Can I take BellaBiotics if I’m pregnant or nursing?

All ingredients in BellaBiotics are natural foods, vitamins, and minerals and should be safe to consume during pregnancy or while nursing but please consult your doctor to be sure.

Can I take this with my medication?

All ingredients in BellaBiotics are natural foods, vitamins, and minerals and should not cause any contradiction with medication but please consult your doctor to be sure.
 

Can I take this if I am on antibiotics?

Consult with your doctor and follow their recommendations. Once you have completed your prescribed course of antibiotics BellaBiotics will help replenish your depleted microbiome.

Will BellaBiotics make me bloated?

No one from our test group reported bloating while taking BellaBiotics. In fact, it was quite the opposite, most reported better digestion and less bloating!

What should I do if taking a BellaBiotics capsule makes me queasy?

If for any reason you feel queasy after taking a capsule make sure you consume a little food with it and the next time take it with a meal.

Is BellaBiotics only for women?

No! Men will experience similar benefits when taking BellaBiotics.

What is the shelf life of BellaBiotics?

Bellabiotics will have full potency for 8 months on the shelf. Refrigeration will extend the shelf life.

Will BellaBiotics have any potency AFTER 8 months?

There would still be some but we cannot guarantee a specific number.

How is the Beautiful Skin Plan different from Dr. Kellyann’s other plans?

Dr. Kellyann’s Bone Broth Diet, 10-Day Belly Slimdown, and Cleanse and Reset are very structured healthy weight loss plans while the Beautiful Skin Plan offers guidelines and tips on how to create healthier skin without the structured diet plan. That said, taking BellaBiotics while doing one of Dr. Kellyann’s diet plans would support healthy weight loss and healthier skin quickly.

Do I have to do the plan, or all the plan, to see results?

No, you don’t have to follow any of the guidelines in the Beautiful Skin Plan to experience the benefits of BellaBiotics. That said, following any or all of the guidelines will boost your results.

What can I use ON my skin?

Dr. Kellyann recommends choosing soaps, lotions, and creams free of parabens, phthalates, sodium lauryl sulfate, diethanolamine (DEA), and synthetic fragrances. Consider using a clean and simple oil to moisturize such as coconut oil, olive oil, or jojoba oil.
