This is taking pizza to a whole new level! We're putting a new twist on a classic favorite with none other than…Bone Broth! That’s right, this is a Bone Broth Pizza Sauce with Cauliflower Crust! A double dose of goodness. My team over here at DKA is always innovating. And when they showed me a way to add 2 cups of Bone Broth to pizza to boost protein and collagen, I was amazed. And it was DELICIOUS! And not to mention..32 grams of collagen protein.
Bone Broth Pizza
Sauce Ingredients:
2 Cups Dr. Kellyann Beef Bone Broth (you can use chicken)
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
2 tbsp. Avocado Oil
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Dried Basil
2-3 Garlic Cloves
Salt & Pepper taste
Sauce Instructions:
Place all ingredients into a medium size sauce pan and heat over medium-high heat for 4-6 minutes.
Reduce to low hear and allow sauce to simmer for 5 more minutes
Add sauce to pizza crust and bake for 10-15 minutes at 400
Cauliflower Crust Ingredients:
1 lb Cauliflower Florets
1 Egg
⅓ Cup Parmesan or Manchego
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Basil
Salt & pepper to taste
Cauliflower Crust Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400
Add cauliflower into food processor and pulse until its has become cauliflower rice. Spread cauliflower out on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes
Get excess moisture out of cauliflower (you can do this by wrapping it in a dish towel and squeezing out excess water)
In a large bowl combine all ingredients
Press the dough out onto a baking sheet, the dough should be ¼” thick maybe slightly thicker
Bake for 35 until golden brown
Chicken Crust Ingredients:
¾ lb Shredded Chicken (cooked)
½ Cup Parmesan or Manchego Cheese
2 Garlic Cloves
2 Eggs
Salt & Pepper to taste
Chicken Crust Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400
Stir together ingredients and combine until well mixed, spread on a baking sheet until the ‘dough’ is around ¼ inch thick
Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown

Ingredients:
1 packet Dr. Kellyann's Beef or Classic Chicken Bone Broth
1 tablespoon bacon drippings
3 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/4 cup sweet yellow onion, finely diced
1 1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon coconut aminos
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon Celtic of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
Juice of 1 lemon
1 (7oz) jar or can tomato paste
Directions:
In a saucepan, heat bacon drippings on medium heat.
Add garlic and onion, and sauté until soft and translucent.
Add mustard, apple cider vinegar, coconut aminos, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt, and continue to sauté for one minute.
Add lemon juice, bone broth, and tomato paste.
Whisk all the ingredients together, until smooth.
Bring to a light boil, reduce to simmer. Simmer for 30-45 minutes.
Note: The sauce can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Whether you're looking for a cozy meal to warm you up on a cold day or a healthy and filling dish to feed a crowd, this soup is sure to hit the spot.
Prep time: 30 min | Cook time: 1 hour | Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive or avocado oil
1½ lbs chuck or beef stew meat, cut into ¾-inch cubes
2 teaspoons Celtic or pink Himalayan salt, divided
1 medium onion, diced
2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced into ½-inch pieces
3 medium carrots, cut into coins or half-moons
2 ribs celery, diced
1 medium red bell pepper, diced
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
14-oz can diced tomatoes
4 cups Dr. Kellyann's Beef Bone Broth
1 cup dry red wine (or another cup of bone broth)
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
¾ cup frozen green beans (see notes)
½ cup frozen peas
Instructions
Add 1 tablespoon oil to a stockpot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Salt the beef with 1 teaspoon salt. When the oil is hot, brown beef in batches for about 3 – 4 minutes, flipping the meat so all sides brown. Keep the meat in one layer so you don’t crowd the pot. Remove beef as it’s cooked and set aside leaving the oil and brown bits in the pot.Using the same pot, still on medium heat, add potatoes, carrots, celery, and pepper and sauté 5-6 minutes. Add the garlic and sauté for another minute.
Add the beef back to the pot and add tomatoes, bone broth, wine, Worcestershire sauce, bay leaf, thyme, pepper, and remaining teaspoon salt and scrape up any brown bits left in the bottom of the pot using a wooden spoon. Cover and simmer on medium low for 1 hour.
Add the green beans and peas and simmer for another 5-10 minutes to warm through. Taste and adjust salt and pepper if needed. Remove bay leaf before serving.
Note
You can also use fresh green beans. Add them when you add the bone broth.

Feel like Julia Child with this version of her famous French Dish! Fresh herbs and a high quality wine are the secrets to this dish. Wine is vital to this dish, so enjoy it when you are on maintenance.
Instant Pot: Beef Bourguignon
Prep time: 15 mins • Cook time: 25 mins • Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients:
4 slices bacon, chopped
2 tablespoons pasture-raised butter/ghee, divided
24 medium white mushrooms wiped with damp cloth to clean, thinly sliced
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 ½ cups pearl onions, frozen and defrosted or fresh and blanched and peeled
3 pounds lean sirloin, 1-inch thick, trimmed and cubed into 1-inch pieces
6 tablespoons arrowroot
1 ½ cups burgundy wine*
2 ½ cups beef bone broth
4 sprigs fresh sage
4 sprigs fresh thyme
Directions: Set your Instant Pot/pressure cooker to the sauté setting**, add the chopped bacon and cook until crisp. Remove the bacon bits with a slotted spoon and set aside. Add 1 tablespoon of the butter/ghee and melt into the bacon drippings. Add mushrooms to the pan and turn to coat evenly with butter and bacon drippings.
Season with salt and pepper. Sauté mushrooms 2 to 3 minutes and add onions to the pan. Continue cooking onions and mushrooms 2 to 3 minutes longer, and then transfer to a plate. With the setting still on sauté, add the remaining tablespoon of butter/ghee to the pan. When melted, add meat and brown evenly on all sides. Add arrowroot to the browned meat and sauté for 2 minutes.
Slowly add wine to the pan while stirring. When the wine comes to a boil and you have scraped up the pan drippings, add the bone broth and herbs to the pot. Return onions and mushrooms to cooker. Using your cooker’s instructions, bring the cooker up to full pressure. Reduce heat to low, maintaining full pressure, and cook for 12 minutes. Allow pressure to release naturally. Remove the herbs and serve over cauliflower “rice” or cauliflower “mashed potatoes.”
Note:
*If you are on the Bone Broth Diet or the 10-Day Belly Slimdown omit the burgundy wine and replace with an additional 1-1/2 cups of beef bone broth.
**If your electric pressure cooker does not have sauté setting, sauté ingredients on the stove top. If you are using a non-electric pressure cooker that you use on the stove top, you can sauté in the same pot.
