Serves: 6 Total Time: 35 minutes (10 minute prep time, 25 minute cook time)
Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, diced
2 carrots, sliced
2 celery stalks, sliced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
4 packets Dr. Kellyann’s Classic Chicken Bone Broth Powder
6 cups filtered water
2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
1 cup cooked gluten-free stellini or pastina
1 lemon, juiced
Fresh parsley, chopped
½ tsp hand-harvested sea salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
Directions:
In a large pot, heat evoo over medium heat. Add in the garlic, onion, carrot, and celery, sautéing for 8 minutes or until soft.
Pour in the filtered water, and whisk in 4 packets of Dr. Kellyann’s Classic Chicken Bone Broth. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Add in the shredded rotisserie chicken, cooked pasta, and lemon juice. Top soup off with the freshly chopped parsley, and season to taste with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
To store, refrigerate in an airtight glass container.

3 cups Dr. Kellyann's Classic Chicken Bone Broth
1 portion ground, chopped, or sliced chicken, beef, or pork
2-3 handfuls of leftover veggies
1 tablespoon of ghee
Instructions
Bring 3 cups of bone broth to a simmer and add your protein of choice. Add 2-3 handfuls of veggies and 1 tablespoon of ghee.
NOTE: Feel free to mix things up by using one of Dr. Kellyann's flavored bone broths. Enjoy Thai Lemongrass Bone Broth with chopped chicken and bok choy, or any combination that tickles your tastebuds.

2 tbsp of ghee or pasture-raised butter
1 clove of garlic
1 leek, white and green parts only, thinly sliced
4 cups of Dr. Kellyann's Classic Chicken Bone Broth
2 carrots, sliced
2 celery stalks, sliced
1-2 cups of zucchini or yellow squash
2 tsp of lemon zest
2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
¼ cup of fresh parsley or basil, coarsely chopped
1 tsp of herbs de Provence
1½ teaspoons of Celtic or pink Himalayan salt
½ teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
2 or more cups of loosely packed spinach
Directions: In a large stockpot, melt the ghee over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and leeks and sauté for 3-5 minutes on medium heat. Add the bone broth, carrots, celery, zucchini, lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley, herbs de Provence, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low and cover. Stir occasionally, for about 20 minutes, or until the carrots are tender. Stir in the spinach and serve with a lemon wedge. Enjoy!

- What would be the difference between the individual packets verse the premade?
- Most shelf based broths do not contain the amounts of collagen you will find in this Bone Broth which contains 15-16 grams of collagen. Store bought broth also contains higher amounts of sodium, our packets only have 225mg. Often times brands take short cuts by decreasing cooking time or by using additives such as, caramel color or MSG. This decreases the nutritional capacity. If you do choose to pick a store bought broth, I recommend looking at the ingredients and making sure it is low sodium and as clean as possible.
