Grab-and-Go Bone Broth Soup
A grab-and-go bone broth soup you can make ahead for busy days. High in protein and collagen to keep you full and support gut health.
Ingredients
- 3 cups Dr. Kellyann's Classic Chicken Bone Broth
- 1 portion ground, chopped, or sliced chicken, beef, or pork
- 2-3 handfuls of leftover veggies
- 1 tablespoon of ghee
Instructions
Bring 3 cups of bone broth to a simmer and add your protein of choice. Add 2-3 handfuls of veggies and 1 tablespoon of ghee.
NOTE: Feel free to mix things up by using one of Dr. Kellyann's flavored bone broths. Enjoy Thai Lemongrass Bone Broth with chopped chicken and bok choy, or any combination that tickles your tastebuds.
