20-Minute Tahini Ramen
This quick and creamy Tahini Ramen comes together in under 20 minutes! Tahini, made from blended sesame seeds, delivers healthy fats and minerals that help support stable energy and calm your stress response. Paired with my Ramen Beef Bone Broth, it’s the ultimate feel-good meal for busy days. Top it with your favorite veggies, a drizzle of chili oil, and of course — a soft-boiled egg (because ramen just isn’t ramen without it!).
