Ingredients:
2 cups steamed or roasted cauliflower florets
2 tbsp raw tahini
Juice of 1 lemon
2 garlic cloves
½ tsp ground mustard seed powder
½ tsp coriander seeds
½ tsp cumin seeds
¼ tsp paprika

Directions:
Let the cauliflower fully cool once steamed or roasted, and then process alongside all other ingredients until even and creamy. Add water as desired to achieve desired consistency, and taste as desired with any additional seasonings.
