Caramel Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 4 tablespoons ghee or pasture raised butter
- ½ cup full fat coconut milk
- Pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Mix sugar, ghee/butter, coconut milk, and salt in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook while whisking gently for 6 to 8 minutes, until it thickens. Stir in vanilla and let cool.
