Shamrock Smoothie
- 1 cup water or unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- 1/2 avocado, pitted
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 packet Vanilla Almond Collagen Shake or 1 scoop Vanilla Bone Broth Protein
- 2 to 3 fresh mint leaves or ⅛ or more teaspoon natural mint flavoring
- Ice, add to blender or pour shake over ice (optional)
