    Cranberry Bloat Buster Recipe — as seen on The Dr. Oz Show

    Cranberries, grapefruit, and ginger are all excellent natural diuretics that don’t deplete your body of potassium as many over-the-counter and pharmaceutical diuretics do. Make a pitcher in the morning and sip it all day. To make one glass: ¼ cup unsweetened cranberry juice ¼ cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice ¾ cup spring water 3 or 4 thin slices of fresh ginger Stevia or monk fruit sweetener to equal 1 teaspoon sugar Combine in a tall glass and add ice. To make one quart: ¾ cup unsweetened cranberry juice ¾ cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice 2 ½ cups spring water 3 or 4 thin slices of fresh ginger Stevia or monk fruit sweetener to equal 4 teaspoons sugar Combine in a pitcher and serve over ice.
