Layered Tropical Cooler
I created my Collagen Coolers because I wanted something refreshing, light, and still packed with the collagen your body craves—especially during the warmer months when sipping hot bone broth doesn’t always feel so appealing.
This Layered Tropical Cooler is one of my favorite summer treats. It’s fun, hydrating, and gives you that powerful protein + collagen boost to help support your gut, skin, and waistline. Whether you’re following one of my diet plans or just looking for a clean, no-sugar-added way to treat yourself, this colorful cooler checks all the boxes. It’s beauty food at its best—and it tastes like vacation in a glass.
Serves: 1 Total Time: 10 minutes (10 minute prep time)
Ingredients:
Mango Layer:
4 ice cubes
½ serving Dr. Kellyann’s Mango Collagen Cooler
¼ cup fresh mango chunks
½ tsp ground turmeric
Pinch black pepper
Filtered water, as needed to blend
Orange Creamsicle Layer:
½ serving Dr. Kellyann’s Orange Creamsicle Collagen Cooler
¼ cup fresh naval orange, chopped into chunks
Filtered water, as needed to blend
Piña Colanda Layer:
½ serving Dr. Kellyann’s Tropical Pina Colada Collagen Cooler
¼ cup fresh pineapple chunks
Filtered water, as needed to blend
Directions:
Blend each layer until smooth and creamy, then carefully stack them in a glass—starting with the mango layer, followed by the orange creamsicle, and finishing with the tropical piña colada on top. Use double the layers to make 2 servings.
