Red White & Blue Shake
Sip back and relax by the pool or on the beach this 4th of July with this perfectly patriotic Red, White & Blue Shake! The three layers are all different flavors making this recipe absolutely delicious and it's also dairy-free!
🇺🇸 The Red Layer
- ½ cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
- ¼ cup of Strawberries
- ½ a frozen banana (optional)
- ¼ cup raspberries
🇺🇸 The White Layer
- ½ a cup of coconut kefir
- 1 Scoop Dr. Kellyann Bone Broth Protein in Vanilla
- Ice
🇺🇸 The Blue Layer
- ½ cup of coconut kefir
- ½ a frozen banana (optional)
- ½ a cup of blueberries
- 2 drops natural blue food dye or a natural dye
Directions:
- For each layer, blend ingredients until smooth. We recommend cleaning the blender between each use so that the colors do not mix.
- Freeze each layer in its own glass for at least 20-30 minutes before layering each into a glass for serving
