Red White & Blue Shake

Sip back and relax by the pool or on the beach this 4th of July with this perfectly patriotic Red, White & Blue Shake! The three layers are all different flavors making this recipe absolutely delicious and it's also dairy-free!

 

🇺🇸 The Red Layer

  • ½ cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • ¼ cup of Strawberries
  • ½ a frozen banana (optional)
  • ¼ cup raspberries

 

🇺🇸 The White Layer

  • ½ a cup of coconut kefir
  • 1 Scoop Dr. Kellyann Bone Broth Protein in Vanilla
  • Ice

 

🇺🇸 The Blue Layer

  1. ½ cup of coconut kefir
  2. ½ a frozen banana (optional)
  3. ½ a cup of blueberries
  4. 2 drops natural blue food dye or a natural dye

 

Directions:

  1. For each layer, blend ingredients until smooth. We recommend cleaning the blender between each use so that the colors do not mix.
  2. Freeze each layer in its own glass for at least 20-30 minutes before layering each into a glass for serving
