When will I receive my order?
We know how excited you are to receive your order and we’re working hard to get them out ASAP. Our goal is to process every order within 24hrs of placing. However, due to a significant increase in order volume, please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. We’ll send your tracking details the moment the order ships.
In the contiguous U.S., most orders are expected to ship out in 7-10 business days and expected to arrive at your doorstep within 10-14 business days.
Please note: As of 4/22/24, New York customers orders containing Bone Broth, Cleanse & Reset Kits, and Harmony Probiotic Weight Management will ship via UPS and require a signature upon delivery due to the New York Law GBL 391-oo that has gone into effect.
