High Protein Frozen Yogurt Bark

Serves: 6 Total Time: 2 hours & 10 minutes (10 minute prep time, 2 hour freeze time)

Ingredients:

Fro-Yo Blend:

1 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt

1 scoop Dr. Kellyann’s Vanilla Bone Broth Protein

¼ cup frozen wild blueberries

½ tsp Ceylon cinnamon

Toppings:

1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

Raw pumpkin seeds

Raw coconut chips

Directions:

Blend together all ingredients for the fro-yo blend until well mixed and smooth. 

Spread blend upon a piece of parchment paper, evenly sprinkle on all toppings, and place to freeze for 2 hours, or until hardened up enough to cut or break into bars. Serve to enjoy immediately!

To store, freeze in an airtight container.
