Can I exchange a product for a different one?
If your Order Number starts with the letters DKA#, you can click HERE to begin the return process online. Choose the store credit option, then you can use the credit at checkout to purchase the product of your choice. For all other orders or if you received the wrong item in your order, please reach out to info@drkellyann.com and we will work with you on your product exchange.
