Chia Seed Jam

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Frozen Raspberries
  • 1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Organic Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Hot Water
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions:

  1. Place both cups of berries in a pot over medium heat until the berries are soft. Once soft, mash berries with a fork, potato masher, or muddler.
  2. Add honey, water and vanilla, stir to combine
  3. Add chia seeds and let sit for 5 minutes on low heat until well combined
  4. Remove mixture from heat and let cool before serving.
