Chocolate Keto Brownies
These chocolate keto brownies are the perfect treat featuring our Flavorless Complete Collagen Protein.
- 1 scoop Dr. Kellyann's Complete Collagen Protein
- 1 cup pumpkin puree or banana puree
- 1⁄2 cup smooth almond butter
- 11⁄4 cup cocoa powder
- Optional - 1 serving liquid stevia (5-6 drops)
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a small loaf pan with wax or parchment paper; set aside. In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix well. The batter should be thick and smooth. Pour the brownie batter in the lined pan and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow brownies to cool in the pan completely. For best results, refrigerate after for 2 hours.
