Collagen Punch

    There’s nothing better than gathering with friends to share a delicious beverage. With this punch recipe, you get a dose of pure, grass-fed collagen! Your friends will never suspect a glass of this punch can help keep their skin supple. And the nutritional benefits don’t stop there.

    Studies show red wine contains a nutrient called resveratrol, can support healthy levels of HDL cholesterol (the good kind), and support lowering LDL cholesterol (the bad kind). Plus, resveratrol in red wine promotes optimal cholesterol levels and a strong cardiovascular system.

    So you can sip this collagen punch, knowing you’re giving your body a little boost of nutrients that help take care of your body! I’m a STRONG believer that eating healthy does not mean you can only eat bland or boring food...especially during when enjoying time with friends and family!

    Collagen Punch

    Ingredients:

    • 1 orange, sliced
    • 1 apple, diced
    • 1 peach, sliced
    • 1 to 2 packets of Orange or Mango Collagen Cooler
    • 1 cup of water
    • 1 bottle of Tempranillo (or the red wine of your choice)
    • Optional: Garnish with additional fruits such as cranberries, pomegranates, or limes.

    Directions: Dissolve 1 packet of cooler in 1 cup of water, and mix in a punch bowl or pitcher with fruit. Top with the bottle of wine. Stir together then chill for 4-6 hours. When ready, pour over ice and scoop some fruit from the pitcher or punch bowl into each glass. Garnish with additional fruits if using.
