Paleo Chocolate Chip Pancakes

    Ingredients

    • 2½ cups almond flour
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 2 tsp baking soda
    • 8 eggs
    • ½ cup of honey
    • 2 tsp vanilla
    • Coconut oil
    • Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips
    Directions
    1. Preheat griddle.
    2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, honey and vanilla.  Add in almond flour, salt and baking soda
    3. Grease griddle with Coconut oil and bring to a medium heat
    4. Add mix to griddle, add chocolate chips as desired, cook until bubbles begin to form on top, flip and cook until golden brown
    Tip: Serve with pure maple syrup
